Head Coach - Al Roth- High School level for twenty years. All of these 20 years have been at Paramus Catholic. Successful at both high school level(1992, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 NNJIL League Championships. 1996 County Championship, 1993, 1996, 1997, 2001 Sectional Championships Parochial A. Prior to coaching at Paramus Catholic coached the Lady Spartans AAU Program to 3 State Championships and three trips to National AAU Championships (career AAU record 108-26). Coach Roth career record at Paramus Catholic for 20 years is 372 - 146. Fortysix of his former players have gone on to compete athletically at the collegiate level. Paramus Catholic has qualified for both the state and county tournament for 20 consecutive years. Ten of Coach Roth's players have been first team all county players. During the past season Coach Roth was inducted into the New Jersey High School Coaches Hall of Fame. Six of his former players are now coaching at the high school level.

Varsity Assistant/ Associate Head Coach - Kate Drumgoole- Paramus Catholic class of 2001. Kate was a four year player and three year starting Point Guard at PC from 1997 thru 2001. An all county Point Guard, Kate lead the Lady Paladins to a state sectional title her senior year. She was also the MVP during the 2001 state championship game. Kate played for Rowan University for three years. Kate also has the school career assist record.

JV Coach - Jackie Vanore - Paramus Catholic class of 2004. - Jackie played for Coach Roth and was all league in both basketball and softball. She played softball the college level for Wagner College.
