Head Coach- Al Roth- High School level for eighteen years. Successful at both high school level(1992, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 1998 NNJIL League Championships. 1996 County Championship, 1993, 1996, 1997, 2001 Sectional Championships Parochial A) and girls AAU level (Three State Championships, Three trips to National AAU Championships, 108-26 AAU record. Recently Coach Roth saw his 300th victory at Paramus Catholic. Currently, 44 of his former players have played or are playing at the college level. Paramus Catholic has appeared in eighteen consecutive state and county tournaments. Nine of Coach Roth's players have been First Team All-County Players. Five of his current players are now coaching at the high school level. Coach Roth is also a member of the WBCA. Going into the 08-09 season, Coach Roth's career record is 345 wins and 129 losses.

Varsity Assistant/ Associate Head Coach- Kate Drumgoole- Paramus Catholic. Kate was a four year player and three year starting Point Guard at PC from 1997 thru 2001. An all county Point Guard, Kate lead the Lady Paladins to a state sectional title her senior year. She was also the MVP during the 2001 state championship game. Kate played for Rowan University for three years.

JV Coach-Leith Robertson- Leith is a Rutgers University graduate, who has had various coaching assignments at Glen Rock High School and Bergen Tech Academy. Leith also coaches tennis.

Freshmen Coach- Sean Pekarsky- Sean returns for his second year as Head Freshman Coach. Last year, in his first season as freshman coach, he coached the Lady Paladins to a 15 and 4 record. A PE teacher here at Paramus Catholic, Coach Pekarsky is also Head Boy's Lacrosse Coach. He is a graduate of Montclair State Universtiy and was a Four year letter winner on the Men's Lacrosse team.
